Label Design - Cerveza Paisa

As an academic exercise, we had to design a label for a cheap beer, the name they give was Paisa, that is the same of a colombian culture.

I based in the cheap beers of Colombia (Costeña, Águila). The teacher said it failed to be cheap because the look was fancy in comparison to the other ones available in the market. I included the machete cross as a symbol of the machete fight, traditional in the paisa culture.
